Hi. I have migraines and take topiramate for it but every now and then I have this unexplained headache. When go to ER they always just say chronic migraine as well as neurologist. On my left side near temporal if feel like a moving bubble. I hv nausea and severe headache but no other symptoms of stroke. Help!!!!!
