Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It is common to have symptoms of nausea and vomiting in migraine. This will decrease with the treatment for migraine. For acute episodes you need to use antimigraine drugs like vasograine. Prophylactic drugs are required to prevent recurrent attacks.
The commonly used prophylactic drugs are flunarizine or beta blockers like propranolol.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs.

Hope this information is helpful. Thank you for writing to Health care magic.
