What Could Missed Periods Followed By Brown Slimy Vaginal Discharge Indicate?
Hey, I am a 26 year old female. I haven t had a menstrual since October 2014. Today I woke up to what felt like menstrual cramps and this afternoon a brown bloody colored slimy thick thing was on my toilet paper when I wiped. Cramps eased up after that but having tightness around stomach and back pain. What could it be?

Brownish discharge can indicate dried blood from previous cycles.Any foul smelling discharge should be ruled out which can indicate vaginal infections.Hormonal imbalance can be the cause of delayed cycles. Pelvic ultrasound and thyroid function test should be taken to identify the cause.
