What Could Missed Periods Post Unprotected Sex Followed By Pill Intake Mean?

Hi doctor,me and my gf had sex on 12th of Oct but unfortunately I made my cum inside her and she took unwanted 72 as well after that but now she is not getting her periods.earlier she used to get her periods on 25th or 26th of every month but after having sex life she started getting her periods on 16th or 17th of month.so now if she is not getting her periods does it mean she is pregnant??help me out I am worried

Hi, i do care for your concern.
the change in dates may be due to change in hormone levels.
As emergency contraceptive pill is itself a hormonal drug, change in cycles is usual and hence need not panic.
however pregnancy can be confirmed by urine pregnancy test only.
I would advise your partner to
Have urine pregnancy test done.
To consult a gyanae and choose with different contraceptive methods available, for long term use.
