Having Sex on the last day of the period is usually the safe period to avoid pregnancy. Now that your UPT is negative u can wait and repeat it after a week. Meanwhile there is a high possibility of you having psychological amenorrhea which is delayed period due to a anxiety/ fear of getting pregnant. Finally please consider protected sex to avoid such anxiety and even STD's
