What Could Moist Anus With Stomach Pain And Constipation Suggest?

Hi,I am 33 year old male.I hv been feeling moisture in and around my anus from last 20 days or so. Initially it started with burning after defecation and occasional constipation. Few days Later, once i took alcohol with chicken and then this got worsen. From the next day itself i was having stomach pain and moist anus with very bad order,bloating and gas. This problem continued each day. More, when i used to take my meal. It seemed that some liquid kind of is coming out and when i used to check it was the same liquid bad order discharge. I took ciplox Tz on the advice of physician for seven days. But, my problem was not sorted out 100% except pain. After being symptoms free for 2-3 days again same problems im having. Im not taking any nonveg diet and alcohol frm last 2 days. Kindly let me know my exact problem and cure. Just to share that i recovered from typhoid in last december 2013. So, please suggest me the proper diet and alcohol.
