What Could Multiple, Smooth, White Spots With Small Scabs On Forearms, Legs And Back Of A Child Indicate?
My son of 6 years got multiples of white spots on forearms, legs and a little on his back. He's got them for over 3 months now. They are all white and a bit pinkish but the have different texture. Some are smooth that look like normal skin and others look like if they had small scabs. I have been researching but cant find exactly what I have been looking for. Can you help me please

Looking to history given here it can be said that this could be fungal infection, one thing I would like to say here that as long as skin lesion is concern the diagnosis of it entirely depend upon the clinical examination and that means visual examination just with the help of history it may not be correct whatever being said so you need to get it confirm first hope you can well understood have nice day.
