What Could Nausea With Lightheadednes Suggest?
Iam 31 female....I have been experiencing severe nausea and headches that make my eyes hurt. I feel dizzy and Lightheaded all the time especially standing. I start sweating even sitting when these episodes start...I just had strep but am better now from that... any thoughts?

It seems from the history that you are experiencing nausea, light headedness, sweating.... All these episodes indicate transient ischemia. The common cause in this age group decreased blood pressure or blood glucose levels. The other vascular causes need to be ruled out if examination does not show the common causes. Hence you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
