Hello, I have gone through your history. Your history suggestive of animal bite. disease which is transmitted by the dog bite is Rabies which is 100% fatal but 100% preventable. As your dog has bitten on the face i would have advise three things for you. 1. Clean the biting site with soap and water. 2. Take 5 shots of Anti Rabies Vaccine on to your Shoulder (Deltoid Muscle) over a period of 1month on Days 0,3,7,14 and 28. 3. Take Rabies Immunoglbulin (RIGs) around the wound as it is very close to the brain. Consult your doctor at the earliest donot neglect this dog bite. Any questions regarding this please free to contact me. Thank you.
