What Could On And Off Extreme Pain Above The Pelvic Area Indicate?

Terrible labor like waves of pain and cramping but I am not pregnant. Pain is behind belly button and slightly above pelvic area. Waves of most severe pains that come and go so bad they make me scream out and cringe. Not constipation. On my period a week early. What does this sound like!? I have a crazy high pain tolerance and cannot tolerate this pain.

Hi I did review your concern.
Such a pain could be due to appendix or large bowel or it could be an ovarian pathology or ureteric stone. It is very difficult to tell from outside.
My advice would be to consult a doctor as soon as you can and a get an Ultrasound of your abdomen done atleast.
It may be required that you may need a CT scan also.
I hope this helps
Wish you all the best
