General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to muscle cramps. I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using magnesium supplement for muscle relaxation. I recommend warm shower which can help in muscle relaxation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
