What Could On And Off Tingling On The Back Of Neck With Verigo Indicate?

I have had a tingling sensation just to the left of the middle of the back of my neck. It comes and goes and started about 6 weeks ago. Lately I have also had some vertigo. Yesterday the vertigo happened as I was driving with no neck sensation. Any clue what is causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, cervical spinal degenerative disease is very likely and it need to be ruled out and for that you have to get done the CT of cervical spine, till then, you can use cervical support (Collar or belt) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
