Hello,
Cold sweat, nausea,
lightheadedness, chest pain or discomfort,
shortness of breath are symptoms of
silent heart attack or heart attack symptoms. You have not mentioned history of any past illness. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist. Get CBC, Urinalysis, echo, EKG, stress tests done. Get lipid function tests and other imaging tests done if needed to detect any developing CAD.
If the reports detect heart ailment you will be treated (with medicines or surgery) accordingly. Limit your intake of carbs, trans fat, refined flour, sugar, fatty oily junk food, packaged food, etc. Cut on addictions if any, stay well hydrated & take adequate sleep.
Pain in the lower extremities are commonly due to
peripheral neuropathy. You can get clinically examined by a
neurologist and get nerve conduction tests, nerve biopsy and imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. If diabetic, control your blood glucose level at all cost. In the meantime, take vitamin B6, B12 rich food or supplements.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
