What Could Pain In Stomach And Left Leg With Feeling Of Coldness In Feet Of A Child Indicate?

My 4 year old has been complaining of tummy pains(Central tummy) for a few months now, he has looked pale for a few weeks now,we got blood tests done all with normal results, he also says he has pain in his left leg and he said his feet feel cold? Do you have any idea what this could be please ?

PAINS OF VASCULAR ORIGIN MAY PRESENT LIKE THIS SOME TIMES. These entities are rare cause of pain in tummy and should be considered when other causes are ruled out.
