Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It seems you have impinged nerve at the neck level which is causing you the pain and tingling and numbness . so do care about your neck positioning and try to sleep straight . No sidelying position and apply hot pack twice a day.
Use cervical collar while travelling will help you in relieving your symptoms. Avoid fried items in diet and eat lot of green veggies with lot of fluids, vit b 12 supplements may help you out (as vit b 12 is considered as nerve tonic). Avoid any overhead activities and travel with less luggage if your work requires you to travel.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harsh Swarup
