What Could Pain Under The Right Arm Radiating To Breast, Back And Shoulder Indicate?
i have pain under my right arm into my breast to my back and sometimes my shoulder. this has been going on for around a month now ,so i tried stretching my arm for awhile over a chair to relieve pain and then when i stopped i couldn t hardly breathe. i tried the ice and i tried the heat its ok but i still have problems breathing to the point i can t sneeze.the pain is horrific.
from the available information it looks a muscular pain . It is good you are doing stretching of arms . it will definitely benefit you . do it for at least 5 minutes with slow and gradual increase in the frequency and intensity . I will also advise to take a simple pain killer like tablet ibuprofen 400 mg if pain is not tolerable . But remember not to take this tablet empty stomach .
if the pain persists then the i ll like to have more information , like your age , any pre-existing health condition like High blood pressure, Diabetes or use of any medication currently, your job other activities nature and type etc.
Thanks
