What Could Pain Within Breast Movement Be Along With Breathing Difficulty While Having History Of Hear Attack With 90% Blocked Coronary Artery And Angioplasty?

I an having pain within my breast moving to the back below the shoulder blade. It is taking effort to breathe but can take a deep breath. I had a massive heart attack 3 weeks ago resulting in the left coronornay artery 90 percent blocked and an immidiate angioplasty. I have not been able to take all medication described. I have an appointment with my family doctor. As well a phobic fear of hospitals

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for such a pain may be the muscular pain, breast pain, gastric irritation, chest infection,or a cardiac pain, due to to not using all medicines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have E.C.G,echo,gastroscopy,Xray and other blood tests for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, antacid gel, cifixime, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
