What Could Painful Joints With Red Spots On Sole, Ankles And Feet Indicate?

Hi. I have been having joint pain in my finger joints, toes, wrists and ankels for several months. A week ago I noticed red spots on the sole and sides of my feet and also little bit above my ankles. These r not blister like and do not itch. The appearance is more like ruptured capalaries under skin. My feet hurt a lot. Could u advise what it could be as I am very concerned.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to some autoimmune response or it may be some hypersensitivity reaction, it may not be rupture of capillaries if this is the blister formation then antibiotic need to be given along with antihistamines steroid can be given if patient is qualified for this, "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day "Tab Loratadine one tab three times in day, but better to get done the clinical examination because without this right diagnosis is not possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
