What Could Painful, Small, Red Bump On Labia Minora Indicate?

I have this small red bump on my labia minora and I just noticed it a couple of days ago and it hurts but not too bad and I have never been sexually active so I don t know what it could be. I talked to my mom and she said she had one in the same spot but it never hurt her, maybe mine is hurting because I ve been messing with it but I freak out about everything so I was hoping you could tell me it s nothing to worry about.

This could happen also because of passage of hard stools resulting in stretching of anal mucosa.
Adv-Follow up with Gynaecologist for local site examination.
