What Could Persistent Feeling Of Pressure On Top Of Head Indicate?

For the last few days and nights I ve been having this strange sensation like pressure on the very top of my head,, right in the middle. It s uncomfortable but not painful. I had a flare up like this before,a couple of years ago, for about a week after being sick,then it went away. I m wondering if it is something I should be concerned about?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent feeling of pressure on top of head. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sinusitis , allergic rhinitis , brain tumour , brain abscess , high blood pressure , otitis media, tension headache or migraine . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor CT scan or MRI to confirm diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe vasograine , betablockers or main recommend radio therapy in rare case . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear or sinusitis problem .
