What Could Persistent Pain In Groin Area Indicate?

I have had a pain in my groin all day but this evening it got worse especially when i walk the pain stopped me in my tracks and I had to sit down ,my leg (left ) has a warm feeling all the way down the pain tends to come and go sometimes a light pain and then a very bad one , l don t recall hurting my leg at work..

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm is very likely condition and this could be self limiting can be wait for this and if this not subsided then "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, better to wait for some time and try to have some rest, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
