What Could Pimple Like Bumps On The Labia Minora Suggest?

Hi everyone.So i recently noticed a white head pimple like bump just below my clit where the labia minora begins. I only noticed it after whipping and figured i should inspect it. There is no itching, no burning, but ive been touching it a lot for inspection purposes and now it gives off this cool menthol sensation. Im worried it may be some form if STD.Can anyone give some insight?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What lesions you are describing of pimple like bumps on labia appears to be bacterial infection of the skin.
Kindly do the following to overcome the symptoms.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply cream containing Neomycin with hydrocortisone.
3. Wear loose fitting undergarments and avoid friction in the area.
Avoid sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
Maintain clean and good hygiene. Gradually, the lesions should subside and heal completely.
