What Could Pimple Like Spots On Thigh Be?
i have what look like pimples on my inner thigh but when i pop them they smell really bad and before i pop them some have a black dot then when i pop those, a little sack the size and shape of a sunflower seed pops out and smells even worse! what are these?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be hypersensitivity reaction and in my opinion this can be best managed with the "Diphenhydramine lotion" if the symptoms persist then this need to be examined clinically, take care and have a nice day.
