What Could Possibly Be The Cause – Of An Episode

What could possibly be the cause – of an episode of severe dizziness that lasted 12 hours where the room was spinning . It started suddenly at work – I am a psychologist – when I bent down to get a chart the room started spinning
I just
Went home to bed but the room continued to spin for hours and I became very dis-oriented . Got protein dinner and tried to sleep
Called my PCP and the doctor on-call told me to hydrate and rest and did not improve
I slept 8 hours felt better although exhausted and have follow up today
my blood pressure runs low – At my annual physical exam it was recently as low as 85/55
the two medications I take are
For advanced osteoporosis I take Boniva or ibandronate
For rheumatoid arthritis I take Actemra
But for overall paying I take Nucynta and hydrocodone/ Ibuprofen which I take one at least daily for overall join and body pain
I'm afraid that those two pain medications may be associated with lowering my blood pressure
I have a history of Low blood pressure with vasovagal syncope and I frequently black out while exercising
I also have a tendency towards anemia which I will get a check today
Could any of these medications – Including for pain –listed cause any of this intense dizziness blackouts will blood pressure or spinning vertigo
