Hello,

You are having discomfort in your knuckles. You also have pain and swelling. You are suggested to give your affected knuckles a little rest. You can wrap an ACE bandage or crepe bandage or an elastic ACE bandage to help your knuckles at rest and for quicker healing. Before that you should visit ER, get an X-ray done to detect any hair-crack, dislocation or fracture. You will be accordingly treated.

To get relieve you can take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS when needed. It will help you to reduce inflammation and discomfort. You should keep the affected arm elevated or on an arm sling to reduce swelling and discomfort.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
