What Could Prolonged Heartburn, Low Appetite And Dizziness Indicate?
I had heartburn feelings for over 3 weeks and past 3 days, I didn’t eat much but I feel full. Especially I didn’t eat anything today (I usually eat a lot) but still feel full. I can push myself to eat but feel full all day. No pain at all except little dizziness. What could it be? My Dr’s appointment is 2 weeks away. Please advise. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, the best medicine for heart burn is "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time and this need to be continue for four weeks, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy meal, prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
