Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that pus cells in urine of more than 3 is considered to be of infection of urinary tract. also same for blood cells. You are pregnant and you are at risk so I advice to take antibiotics for at least a three days and consult a near by doctor because this requires a detail history. after taking antibiotics for three days I advice you to repeat the urine analysis for confirmation. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
