What Could Recurring Brown Freckles On Top Of Feet Indicate?

I have small brown looking freckles on the top of both my feet, rightbelie the toes concentrated in one spot. I believe they come and go, also no pain and no texture. I m on my feet all day in shoesbtgat do not breathe well. Just wondering what this could be.

I really appreciate your concern, nonspecific lesion could be possible but skin lesion when it is not specific one then it can be managed with "Beclomethasone" cream if the lesion is not severe or cause no symptoms then it is nothing to worry, avoid standing ling time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
