What Could Recurring Burning Hotness In Foot Indicate?
okay! so I worked outside all day yesterday in the yard and my feet were on fire when I stopped and came inside. Soaked them and went to bed. This morning went for a 30 mile bike ride and they were so hot I couldn t wait to get my shoes off and cool them down. What is going on? I m a 56 year old active female. Never had foot issues before.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be non specific symptom still better to get done the blood sugar test, burning feet syndrome may be the cause, if it is not diabetes then you can try some vitamin supplement, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
