What Could Recurring Cramps And Lower Back Pain During Pregnancy Indicate?

I'm in 3rd pregnancy...first had emergency section at 36 and 2nd had at 35 weeks vbac!I've been having constant cramping the past hour....if the cramping stops its only about 30 seconds to a minute at the most. Right before it started I had aching in my lower back!thank you in advance

I would recommend you contact your local ER as soon as possible for detailed physical evaluation, ultrasound to check the fetal heart beat and further management accordingly.
