What Could Recurring Dizziness While BP Being 116/83 Indicate?

I have a dizzy feeling and like about to faint when I lie down to sleep. I had this for a couple of days now. When I am standing and doing work I am quite OK. Sometimes I feel dizzy and it just goes off instantly. I checked my blood pressure and it was 116 and 83. Is everything OK. I am 55 years old female. My email address YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Dizziness can cause you to feel lightheaded or make it hard for you to walk straight. Sometimes you have vertigo is also a type of dizziness that makes you feel like you are spinning, swaying, or tilting, or like the room is moving around you. See a doctor to make sure what kind of dizziness you have.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General & Family Physician
