What Could Recurring Fever, Shivers, Body Ache And Cough With Phelgm Indicate?
Hi Doctor I am 29 yr old Female and am having fever for the last 3 days (fluctuates between 100.6 to 102 in the afternoons only). I take a crocin after which I have severe sweating and the temperature subsides. When I have temperature, I have severe body aches and shivering at times. The same day I got the fever, I got my periods as well as today is day 3. I have severe dry cough which is turning into cough with phlegm, and some chest congestion along with slight throat infection. . Pls note that a typical symptom for my periods in the last 2 yrs has been throat infection and fever for a day, but nothing lasting 3 days. Pls advise if I should get any tests done. Thanks.

it seems you can get a sputum test done...nothing to scare but symptoms r indicating towards pulmonary involvement or allergic response..,
