What Could Recurring Low Grade Fever And Cough In A Child Indicate?

Hi doctor, my 5 year 6 month old son with weight 20.4 kg has low grade temperatures for which I have been giving him Endol 250. He was treated with antibiotics (Moxikind) last week for a throat infection. Yesterday, he developed cough which has become worse today. Have been advised to give Azee 200, 4 mL, is it safe???
