I get these lumps on back of neck at my hair line. It swells up and goes away in about a week . It is reoccuring in the general area to center/spine area or to the left or right a inch or so. Sometime 2- 3 will come up and they goe away. They are always different sizes and most of time in differnet loactions. Sometime theres a small hair in them. I had my wife sqeeze a big one one time all that comes out is clear liquid. They dont hurt by pressure. This also about the same area where my shirt color is.
