What Could Recurring Pain In Jaw And Chest With Pressure In Head Indicate?

Driving home from work today, I had a sharp pain from my jaw on the left side to the top of my head. It didn't last long, just a few seconds. Then after I got home I had a short pain in my far left chest. Again it did not last long. My husband and I went for a walk and my left arm and hand started to tingle. Again it did not last only but a few seconds. All the tingling is gone but I feel slight pressure on the left side of my head. Should I be concerned? Sue
