What Could Recurring Pain In Upper Back Radiating To Abdomen Indicate?

I woke up one morning with a pain in my upper left back. Then I started to be sore all over when I woke up, especially in my abdomen area, once I get out of bed & move around, it starts to loosen up and the pain goes away but it happens every night when I sleep and am not moving. I went to a chiropractor a few weeks ago & it seemed to help but I went back again yesterday and seems no relief.
