What Could Recurring Severe Pain In Stomach Mean?

My 9yr old daughter has severe stomach pains starting on Fri. we took her to the hospital on Sat. they did a Cat San, blood work and found nothing wrong. said it was probably just constipation. Gave her nausea meds for pain and send us home. Sun she woke up again in the same pain, took her back to the hospital that night, they did an Xray and still said it was probably just constipation and maybe a muscle strain and i should give her Milk of Magnesia to pass the constipation. The pain comes and goes all day. Mon still in pain gave another dose of Milk of Magnesia. Tue she was a little in pain but by the middle of the day she was feeling better. So she did was she has been wanting to do which was eat. She had dry cereal, a ham and Cheese hot pocket and 3 chocolate chip waffles plain. She was hungry after not being able to eat the last couple of days. I was thinking she was better and could go back to school tomorrow. Wed she wakes up in lots of pain again. so i make an apt with her physician. At that time she was in a lot of pain so she suggested i take her to St.Joes Children s hospital so i do. they do an Xray and an Ultrasound on her. They found nothing. They say it may be a Peptic Ulcer or Acid reflex. She s started taking meds for this and taking Tums. I need to know what can i feed her that will not hurt her and put her in such pain. She so hungry but scared to eat anything. please help and thanks
