I have diarrhea, always puking or feel like I m going to, always have back and shoulder pain along with headaches.I always feel hot on the inside but cold on the outside. My stomach is always hurting. I don t know what to do anymore. Any information would be helpful!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to hyperthyroidism.
This condition is related to a high level of thyroid hormones in the system.
I suggest to check the thyroid hormone level and TSH level in the blood.
I also suggest to consult an endocrinologist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
