What Could Red Dots On Scrotum And Thighs Indicate, Also Have Athlete's Foot?
My 4 yo son has athletes foot and tonight I noticed small, red dots on either inner thigh, a couple on one side of his scrotum and on one buttock. Is that a spread of the fungus ("jock itch") or can something else be going on? Rash doesn't look like images I've seen of jock itch or ringworm, but maybe there are variations??
