What Could Severe Headache, Cold Hands And Feet With Elevated BP Indicate?

I have been having a headache for the last two days. It was really bad yesterday but not as bad today. my hands and feet are like ice cubes and my blood pressure was elevated yesterday. (according to machine at grocery store). usually my pressure is on the low side but it was 136/92 yesterday. Should I have it checked at the fire station?

136/92 mmHg of blood pressure at one instance doesn't mean you're having hypertension. Get the BP checked at the different occasion two more times to ascertain.
