What Could Severe Headache With Sweating Indicate, Taking Steroids For COPD?

i am wondering what could cause sudden onset of headache with profuse sweating. The headache starts out minimal and goes strong within seconds. Lasts about 30 min or better just diagnosed with copd and am on steroids, advair, spirivia, and just finished flagyl yesterday

Flagyl is well known for giving some people severe headaches. They are not migraines because of their short duration. Depending upon other symptoms associated such as nausea, vomiting, lights flashing, etc. they could either be paroxysmal hemicrania or cluster headaches. If your COPD is severe then, you also may have a component of oxygen deficiency causing your headaches.
