What Could Severe Pain Around The Chest And Back After Lifting Heavy Weights?

April 7th I unloaded a pickup full of heavy items. I had to stop halfway through due to pain, dizziness, and nausea. I went home and laid down thinking I pulled a muscle. I had a CT and an MRI scan that came back clear. I have been in severe pain for66 days. I can t get a doctor to do anything else due to clear scans . I am miserable. Singing and using my diaphragm hurts worse than anything. This past week I started hurting all the way around into my back and I started hurting when I eat. I can t function some days due to pain. Help!! Plus I leave for the bush of Africa in 10 days. Very nervous to be in the bush for 33 days and be a 2 day drive from hospitals and doctors!
