What Could Severe Pain In Left Abdomen And Lower Back With Cloudy Urine Indicate?

Should I have a pain so bad in my left abdomen lower back so severe that it brings tears to my eyes it s that uncomfortable is not common for a bladder infection. The only other symptom I ve noticed is my urine is cloudy they prescribed me bactrim but it s almost unbearably painful

Dear-thanks for using our system and will give you my medical advise. You are experiencing left lower abdominal pain with dark urine,which could be secondary to kidney stone.That can explain the severe pain that you have.I recommend you to have a renal ultrasound to make sure that you are not experiencing a kidney stone blocking the urether that might need surgical intervention. If the pain is unbearably, go to the ER for evaluation and treatment.The cloudy urine is most likely occult blood.
