General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have chronic gastric pain with vomit and pain. Intestinal obstruction or any chronic inflammatory disease of intestine need to be ruled out. You should be investigated further with Endoscopic examination or CT scan abdomen to find out underlying pathology.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
