General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Shaking hands and head with convulsion disorder indicates uncontrolled epileptic focus. Apart from change of dose of current medicine, change of molecule, there are other options as well. Like deep brain stimulus at the epileptic foci through stereotactic procedures to control better way. She must get an opinion with expert Neurosurgeon for this regard over and above neurophysician consultation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
