What Could Sharp Pain And Cramps During Urination Suggest?

Lately I ve been getting a small sharp pain at the end of urination. The first time I noticed this there was some blood and it was just after my boyfriend and I had sex. Lately my urine has smelled of latex, and I ve been getting some slight cramping. I have not had anymore bleeding.
