What Could Sharp Pain In Back Radiating To Chest And Breast Indicate?

I have a sharp piercing pain on my back around my left shoulder blade. Then it travels through my chest and thru my breast like a stabbing knife. I have been to the ER and been thoroughly checked out. They found nothing wrong with my heart or my lungs. They said it was acid reflux and sent me to a G.I. I just got home and he said it was not acid reflux and he did not know what the problem was. I have an appointment at 7 AM on Monday to see my general practitioner. This is the only symptom I have do you have any ideas what it could be? I am a 78 year old white female.
