What Could Short And Lighter Periods With Nausea And Mood Swings Indicate?
15thbof July was the last day of my last period. It came a week early and was lighter than usual. Still enough to be considered a period though. Two days after I stopped I felt like I was going to start again. I felt crampy and moody and very nauseous. I still feel nauseous every night. I am not due till the 15th. I am a very thin girl but I am noticing this little bump on my tummy looks like a little beer belly. Why am I feeling so sick what s wrong?
The cause of irregular periods such as polycystic ovaries, obesity and hypothyroidism should be identified and treated effectively. Ultrasound pelvis, thyroid profile and blood sugar level, body mass index is essential to identify the cause of irregular periods. Hormonal imbalance is the main cause of delayed or irregular or scanty menstrual bleeding. Nutritional deficiencies should also be ruled out.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
