What Could Small, Extra Growth Near Anus With Infection Suggest?
Hi doctor, I have some kind of infection in the anal area. There is a small growth of an extra flesh near the anus and when i touch that area i feel few small are coming up. I am very tensed regarding the same. What can it be and what should i do about it?
Hello This type of flesh or bump near the anus may be : 1 Hemorrhoids , as this is most common in any age group .Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon. 2 Fissure in anus is another most common cause of such type flesh with mucus presence. 3 Frunculosis ,in this patient feel some pain in this type of bump or mass of flesh . In any condition ,this is not a serious condition and not a cause of concern . But consultation with a surgeon is important so that exact diagnosis can be established. Good luck.
