What Could Small Hard Boils Around The Lower Part Of Penis Indicate?

sir i had small boil on my penis since 2 months, now there are 4 more around lower bottom of penis/ lower abdomen they are not itching or painful or anything like that even if i try to press them they are bit hard and it seems they are part of my skin i am very worried do to some reasons i cannot visit a doctor so can u help me here i can send u some picture if u want

These are small, flesh-coloured lumps normally found on the head of the penis. They usually go all the way around the penis head in one or two rows. These lumps are normal. They are not sexually transmitted or caused by bad hygiene. They don’t cause symptoms and don’t require treatment.
